If they don’t do something and quick, some day Californians are going to wake up in the first socialist-run state in the Union. (Which begs the question, what will the other states do about it?)

Next year in California, state regulators are likely to have the emergency power to control individual thermostats, sending temperatures up or down through a radio-controlled device that will be required in new or substantially modified houses and buildings to manage electricity shortages.

Californians,  use  The Mailbox to look up and write your local and state representatives. If they push this legislation through anyway, use the Ballot Box to vote them out. Protect the few liberties you have left.
